Shipping policy
We ship from Stony Plain, Alberta, Canada to Canada, Australia and United Kingdom via UPS, Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post.
Note to Our U.S. Customers:
Due to ongoing issues with unpredictable import tariffs, we’ve made the decision to stop shipping physical products to the U.S. at this time. As a small Canadian shop, we want every order to be a positive experience, and right now, cross-border shipping no longer aligns with that goal. However, U.S. customers can still purchase our digital products, and we have more cozy downloads coming soon! Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The shipping rate is calculated & displayed at checkout based on the package weight.
Purchases in Canada over $200 receive free shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including tariffs and VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cozy Prairie Linens Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
